San Diego Trip - Day 2

We started our second and last day of Legoland off with a bang in Ninjago Land, meeting some characters and skipping the usually long line for the 3D ride.

The story boat ride featured big lego sculptures from classic tales.

The Lego City area had so many fun rides and creations for the kids to play with!
My Mom, Cheryl, teamed up with Sean while Ryan took Taylor in this interactive ride. They both chose police cars, so of course we had to do it again with the fire trucks!

A major highlight of Legoland for the boys was meeting a Lego police officer and Emmet from the Lego Movie.

Watching how legos are made and packaged into sets was a welcome break from the walking and heat!

We spent a good hour checking out the amazing Star Wars lego sculptures! I'll only post a few photos, but the scenes were incredible.

Some scenes had buttons you could press to make sound effects...as Taylor is demonstrating here :)

Sean 'had' to get a pic with New York because he wants to visit there!

Grandma and Sean rode together in the Lego Safari.

Ryan took Taylor and I got a car to myself to take photos :)

Look at these vicious beasts!!

My Great Uncle lives nearby, so after our last day at Legoland we stopped by for a visit!
